It’s about convenience and savings when it comes to Auto Replenishment. During the checkout process, just tell us how often you want to receive your coffee order, and we’ll keep refilling it for you. Make any changes you'd like to future fulfillments from the My Account area.

You can have multiple Auto Replenishment orders at once. How about setting one up for home and one for the office?

Order items are subject to availability, and some varieties are seasonal. Prices occasionally fluctuate, but don't worry. We’ll let you know in your reminder email if there are updates to report in case you want to make any changes.

FAQ

If an item is unavailable when my order is ready to be refilled, what happens?

If an item has been discontinued, it will be removed from your auto replenishment order permanently. If it is just temporarily out-of-stock, we'll leave it out of the next fulfillment order if we haven't restocked in time, and you'll never be charged for anything that doesn't ship.

Either way, you'll receive a note about it in your reminder email about a week before your fulfillment order is placed or in the fulfillment order confirmation itself. You will also see it in your notifications part of the My Account area. There, you can also add other items to your Auto Replenishment order if you'd like.

If the price of an item on my Auto Replenishment order changes, what happens?

Once in a while, prices do change. In your reminder email, sent approximately one week before any fulfillment, you will be notified of any price changes since your last order. We'll also post a notification to your My Account area. You will never be charged a different price than you've been notified about.

You can also change or remove any items from your Auto Replenishment order from the My Account area if you'd like.

Do I earn Reward Points for Auto Replenishment orders?
Yes! This is a great way to quickly rack up Reward Points! Not only that, but as an Auto Replenishment customer, whenever you've qualified for a Reward Gift, we'll automatically apply it towards your next fulfillment.
If I'm running low on coffee sooner than expected or if I have plenty for now, what should I do?
Login to the My Account area. Click on "Orders" tab, and click on the Auto Replenishment order you want to adjust. Look for the area on the page titled "Next Fulfillment Date." This is where you can speed up or delay your next fulfillment without changing the time between order fulfillments.
What if I want to make any changes to my order or cancel my order?
Login to the My Account area. Click on "Orders" tab, and click on the Auto Replenishment order you want to adjust. You can make any changes you'd like from this page.
Can I give an Auto Replenishment order as a gift?
Unfortunately, not yet.
