You earn reward points for every order of coffee we ship to you (wholesale items excluded).
When you reach 30 points, we’ll email you a gift code for $10 to use on a future order for you or a friend.
If you have an Auto Replenishment order with us, not only do you save 10% on each fulfillment, but you also earn Reward Points even faster! We’ll make it even easier for you to save, by applying your earned gift cards automatically to upcoming fulfillments. That's just another perk of the program.

How many Reward Points do I have?
You can log into the My Account area, click on the "Reward Points" tab, and we'll show you your current balance.
When I earn a $10 Gift Code, how will I know?
After you have earned 30 Reward Points, you will get an email from service@buycoffee.com with your reward Gift Code. HOWEVER, if you have an Auto Replenishment order with us, you will not get an email. Instead, we will automatically apply it to your next order fulfillment. It's one of the perks of having an Auto Replenishment order.
How do I redeem my $10 Gift Code?
When you have a Gift Code, you can apply it to your order upon checkout. There's an option for entering a Gift Code on the same page that you enter your credit card information. If you have an Auto Replenishment order with us, you won't need to redeem your Gift Code. We'll do it for you automatically on your next Auto Replenishment fulfillment.
If I buy the wholesale 5 pound bags, do I still get Reward Points?
No. Reward Points do not apply to wholesale or bulk items.
